BOOKING CONFIRMATION AGREEMENT
This agreement is issued by Munnar Travel Planners to formalize the travel arrangements for the guest(s) mentioned below. Complete the fields and review all arrangements before signing.

6. Package Exclusions
Edit the list for each booking. Add any additional exclusions or remove items that do not apply.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 30 days or more before travel: full refund of advance payment, minus a 5% administrative fee.
- Cancellations 15–29 days before travel: 50% of total package cost charged as cancellation fee.
- Cancellations 7–14 days before travel: 75% of total package cost charged as cancellation fee.
- Cancellations less than 7 days before travel: 100% of total package cost charged; no refund. Date changes may be requested, subject to room and vehicle availability and applicable rate differences.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to booking@munnartravelplanners.in.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days.
8. Terms & Conditions
- Booking Confirmation: The supplied policy states that a booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the mandatory 75% advance payment.
- Check-in / Check-out: Standard hotel check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out depends on availability and may incur extra charges.
- Itinerary Changes: The itinerary may need to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters or road closures.
- Liability: Guests are responsible for personal belongings and following safety instructions. Review liability terms for applicability to the services and relevant law.
- Code of Conduct: Guests must behave respectfully toward staff, other travellers and local communities. Illegal activity or violation of local law may result in termination of the trip, subject to applicable law and booking terms.
- Disputes: The supplied agreement specifies mutual negotiation first and, if unresolved, courts in Idukki, Kerala. Verify this clause before use.
9. Guest Declaration & Signatures
I/We have read and understood the booking details, package inclusions and exclusions, cancellation policy, and terms and conditions. I/We confirm that the details above reflect the arrangements agreed for this booking.
